The beautiful new Croatia football kits are here. The team will wear them at the Euros this summer in Germany.
Croatia’s new jerseys were joyfully shown off by the Croatian Football Federation and their technical partner, Nike. The jerseys will be worn during the next cycle, which includes the upcoming European Championship in Germany.
The shirts were shown off at a special event in Zagreb, where the team met hundreds of loyal fans who got to see the new uniforms for the first time. The home kit was worn by half of the team, and the backup kit was worn by the other half.
The famous red and white squares on the home kit are now the biggest they’ve ever been. The stronger look will help make the parts of the Croatian flag easier to spot in the stands and on the field. The ‘Family’ logo on the inside of the collar shows how united the team is. The ribbed part on the outside gives it an even more trendy look.
The reserve jersey takes ideas from the glory days of old and gives them a modern twist. This is meant to remind players and fans to keep thinking big. The new jersey’s slanted squares are another nod to the stars of the 1998 World Cup in France. The blue color is the same as the flag and coat of arms of Croatia. The “Family” logo is inside the collar to remind you of the sports family in Croatia.
