The rationale for Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, acquiring a collie for the training field named “Win” has been revealed. At his press conference on Friday, the Arsenal manager was questioned about the dog purchase in response to a story in The Times that suggested the chocolate Labrador was brought in to boost morale at the team’s London Colney facility.

“I think that we are a family, and a dog should symbolize that,” Arteta continued.I think the dog perfectly captures who we are right now because I chose it with much care. Her name is Win, and although we all like winning, she really needs love. That feeling was therefore basically love for Win.“She is now regarded as one of us because of the incredible response from the players and staff.” She is going to be with us throughout the whole journey. “Because we are also in charge of her well-being, including her needs and emotions, Win demands accountability from us.”Arteta has a reputation for paying attention to small but meaningful details that bolster the relationships amongst his team members. It seems he used a lightbulb to demonstrate the importance of connections once. This week also brought the revelation that the Spaniard used a little olive tree to symbolize the need of “nurturing and growing together.”Aaron Ramsdale signed a contract extension this week, and Arteta carried Win, the chocolate Labrador, into the meeting. For most of the days, the dog will be supervised by a primary guardian at the club’s training ground.Probably because Arsenal’s chances of winning the Premier League championship have been shattered in recent weeks, the mood at the training camp has soured.
