The Arsenal manager is unwinding after a tough season in which his team lost the Premier League title to Manchester City on the last day of the season.

Arteta has escaped to Sardinia’s Porto Cevo region.

He is there with his ex-Miss World contestant wife Lorena, who went on a yacht with Arteta and their two children, Daniel, 11, and Oliver, nine.

Arteta, 42, appeared relaxed in a nice pair of sunglasses as he sat next to Lorena, before the two opted to work on their tans.

The Spaniard assisted his wife by rubbing sunscreen into her back after the model undressed down to a bikini.

The mother of three looked stunning in a black bikini.

Lorena, 43, was named Miss Spain in 1999 and has worked as a TV presenter and actress, featuring in a number of Spanish films and television shows, including Chuck and CSI: Miami.

Arteta recently stole the spotlight at the Globe Soccer Awards, where she won “Best Premier League Coach”.

The celebration was held in Sardinia, where Lorena grinned in a blue outfit as her husband received his medal.
