Emile Smith Rowe, a star player for Arsenal, paid a “dream” home visit to a young fan of the team who had seen a picture of her holding a sign and asked for his shirt.
A nine-year-old fan at a game held up a sign that said, “May I please have your shirt?” Emile Smith Rowe, an Arsenal star, visited the fan out of the blue.
Isabelle Clark had a “dream” visit from her favourite Arsenal player earlier this month. Smith Rowe saw her sign after Arsenal’s 4-2 win over Leicester City and came to visit. “Smith Rowe is the best number 10 after me!” was written on a hand-made sign that the East Tilbury, Essex, student wore to the game against the Foxes. “Could I have your shirt, please?”
.
Additionally, when Smith Rowe saw a picture of Isabelle holding her sign on social media, she called her mother, Kelly Clark, to plan a surprise visit to Isabelle’s home. On August 22, the Gunners midfielder surprised Isabelle by visiting her with a signed shirt.
“At first, Isabelle thought the shirt was being sent to her, so she rushed to the door every time the mailman came,” Kelly said. She ran away after I told her that the mailman was at the door when he came.
.
“She couldn’t say a word; she ran straight for the hug because she couldn’t believe what she saw.” “He has given her an unforgettable day; he has always been her favourite player.”
Isabelle gushed, “It was the best day of my life!” She has been on football teams since she was five years old and wants to work for Arsenal and England one day.
Kelly said, “He was the nicest, most honest man. He came in and asked about Isabelle’s football. He stayed for over an hour and signed some things for her and her brother.”
