Man Utd star Marcus Rashford must to sell auction £700,000 Rolls-Royce that was upgraded after an accident

MARCUS Rashford is flogging his wrecked £700,000 Rolls-Royce at auction for a fraction of the price.

The Man Utd ace, who smashed the near new supercar in a horror crаsh in September last year, is selling the motor on an auction site.

The Black Badge Wraith was severely damaged in the collision, as evidenced by photos, with the left front wing and rear left wheel and bumper all bent.

The V12 two-door coupe has received 111 bids thus far, with the highest amount being £152,500.

Experts estimate that the damaged car will require at least £100,000 in repairs before it can be driven again; this is a wise investment for someone with substantial funds.

Snaps on the SalvageMarket auction site show the grey roller has just 1,135 miles on the clock and boasts a full “Mansory” kit, which adds significantly to the value.

The engine and interior also look to be mostly undamaged, although the passenger side airbags did inflate in the crаsh.

In September of last year, Rashford’s Rolls-Royce was totaled following an аccident involving a 74-year-old grandma’s car.

The England star was heading home after his team’s 1-0 Premier League victory over Burnley when he left United’s Carrington training facility.

His 2.5-ton car, which can reach 155 mph at its fastest, was thrown into a traffic island pole in the collision.

Hazard lights were flashing as footage showed his car’s rear bumper being torn off and scattered on the side of the road.

Luckily both drivers escaped without ιnjury.

The gran had no idea who Rashford was and she was left shaken and confused, a source said.

A source told The Sun at the time: “Marcus immediately checked to see if the woman was okay and swapped details.”

Maintenance engineer Peter Laycock, 36, caught the aftermath of the аccident on his mobile phone after arriving at the scene at around 12.20am.

Peter said: “There were loads of police blocking the road asking cars to turn around because there was debris all over the road.

“I could see guys in United clothes who must have come from the training ground. There were a lot of bystanders saying, ‘It’s Marcus Rashford’s car’.”

The аccident happened in a 40mph zone on Carrington Spur near United’s Aon training complex — where players had returned by coach just before midnight after the Burnley match.

In a post on Instagram which referred to United’s away win, the striker wrote: “3 points on the road! I’m alright guys thanks for the messages.”

Rashford, 26, owns three Rolls-Royces – the £700k Black Badge Wraith involved in the crаsh, a £390,000 Black Badge Cullinan and he bought a £560,000 Cullinan Blue Shadow in August last year.

Rashford also has a £280,000 McLaren 765 Long Tail and a £350,000 Lamborghini Urus Performante.
