GO SAL OUT: Arsenal star William Saliba shows off home gym but fans ‘want him sold’ after noticing ‘unforgivable mistake’ on wall

William Saliba, star of Arsenal, has flaunted his home gym, but cruel supporters “want him sold” because of the poster hanging on the wall.

The centre back has been essential to the Gunners this season, and since his injury in March, the team’s performance has declined.William Saliba has installed a home gymWilliam Saliba has installed a home gym Credit: sportprotechcomBut fans have slammed his choice of posterBut fans have slammed his choice of poster Credit: sportprotechcomSaliba gets a gym installed in his home to assist him stay in shape in the future.

Given that his contract is slated to end in the summer of 2024, some people think the makeover indicates he is committed to the club and will be there for the long run.

Harder-hitting admirers, though, have criticised his choice of gym room décor.

Saliba put up a photo of himself in the gym next to a poster of basketball greats Dennis Rodman, Scottie Pippen, and Michael Jordan from the Chicago Bulls.

But what really infuriated fans was the picture of Tommy Shelby and Arthur from Peaky Blinders.

Someone said: “Glad he’s possibly staying but having Peaky Blinders posters on your walls holy cringe.”

Another suggested via the Daily Star: “Love the bloke but Peaky Blinders fetishisation is a sackable offence.”

A third stated: “Get him sold.”

Some were more complimentary, remarking, “I like that Thomas Shelby is in the background.”

Still, not all supporters were persuaded by Saliba’s house upgrades to sign a new contract.

“He’s put a running machine in a shed,” an admirer continued. I’m not sure if this means he plans to sign a new deal.”

Saliba hasn’t played for Arsenal in the previous eight games, and Mikel Arteta’s team has only managed one clean sheet throughout that run of play.

There’s a potential Rob Holding and Jakub Kiwior will replace him and he won’t be able to play again this season.
