Raheem Sterling has moved into a new £3.1 million house in a rural area of Cheshire.

The five-acre rural property ultimately won over the former Manchester City star, who had spent six months looking for the perfect place to raise a family.

The new home is surrounded by countryside and has a paddock and nature pond of its own.

The recently constructed home in a rural area of Cheshire has five opulent bedrooms.

The peaceful base is just a short drive from the rental home he had after moving to City from Liverpool in 2015 for £49 million.

Its 7,500 square foot floor plan has five bedrooms in addition to a guest flat above the top of three garages.

There are two exquisite bathrooms in Sterling’s home.

From a previous relationship, the England forward already has a four-year-old daughter named Melody Rose.

Sterling went all out on the new mansion in Birkdale despite the fact that he was having problems selling his old one.

The four-bedroom home was originally offered for £1.5 million eighteen months ago, but the asking price was lowered by £300,000 in March of last year.

But because no one has expressed interest in purchasing it, Sterling has decided to take it off the market.
