After losing to Spain 2-1 in the Euro 2024 final, Gareth Southgate and his team did not waste any time getting back to the UK from Germany.

With a beer in one hand, Gareth Southgate waved to the fans who had gathered to cheer on the squad.
The hotel staff also praised the England players and staff as they walked out of Berlin with pride.
The boss, whose future as England’s manager is still up in the air, set the example for his players as they started their journey back to England.
He said, “It is not the right time for me to talk about that,” when someone inquired about his future. I need to give myself some space and speak with the appropriate individuals.
