Burberry has recently unveiled their Spring/Summer 2024 campaign, and Daniel Lee’s most recent creations include two extremely recognizable faces: Son Heung-min and Bukayo Saka.

Together with international personalities and models like Tems, Rachel Weisz, and Jourdan Dunn, the two football players from North London are the faces of the campaign. Son was dressed smartly in a houndstooth suit, while Saka looked wonderful in a vintage Burberry trench and green checkered shirt. Following their appearance alongside Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze at the British luxury brand’s SS24 show in September, the two are highlighted in the ad.

Saka was a little apprehensive and they avoided eye contact, which must have made him know that sitting next to the other team’s captain would not go down well with the fans.

Burberry continues to draw athletes—football players among them—into the premium market by designating prominent football players as brand ambassadors. For the near future, these faces won’t be competing with models as a result.
