It promises to be an exciting encounter, with the English champions locking horns with our Scottish compatriots at the Kenan Memorial Stadium.

The squad continued to sharpen up ahead of that clash in the picturesque surroundings of WakeMed soccer park, the home of North Carolina Courage.

While there wasn’t much sun today, there was still a deceptive humidity as the players were put through their paces.

But that did little to dampen Man City spirits, with plenty of smiles on show as well as the usual intensity that a City training session brings.
