Mikel Arteta has chosen the first 26 players who will go on our pre-season tour to the United States.
For our games against Bournemouth, Manchester United, and Liverpool in the United States, we will have a mix of experienced pros and young stars.
Captain Martin Odegaard is in charge of the team. Ben White, Gabriel Jesus, Jurrien Timber, and Euro 2024 stars Leandro Trossard, Jorginho, Jakub Kiwior, and Oleksandr Zinchenko can all go on the trip.
Emile Smith Rowe, Eddie Nketiah, Fabio Vieira, and Reiss Nelson are also traveling with the first team. Karl Hein is joined in goal by newcomers Tommy Setford and Lucas Nygaard, as well as youngster Alexei Rojas.
Gabriel Magalhaes, Gabriel Martinelli, and Kai Havertz will join the team on July 25 because they made it further in the Copa America and the Euros.
As we return from America, the players that participated in the later stages of Euro 2024—Declan Rice, Aaron Ramsdale, Bukayo Saka, David Raya, and William Saliba—will reunite with their teammates.
Takehiro Tomiyasu (knee) and Kieran Tierney (hamstring) will continue to be treated by our medical professionals at Sobha Realty Training Centre while they are still in London.
