Enzo Millot was reportedly shown red after the fighting

It was alleged that following the battle, Enzo Millot turned red.

Shortly after the referee signalled the end of the game, players and personnel from both teams got into a melee on the field.

When France advanced to the Olympic semifinal on home soil, the players and coaching staff celebrated by pouring onto the field.

Coaches and replacements from Argentina were also observed sprinting onto the pitch.

It was evident that a few Argentine players jostled and prodded Enzo Millot, the best player in France.

More participants entered the fray in an effort to diffuse tensions as they increased.

According to reports, France midfielder Millot’s extravagant celebration of his team’s triumph infuriated the Argentine players.

In addition, French manager Thierry Henry showed his displeasure with Millot’s antics throughout the match and showed him the red card.

The fabled Henry of Arsenal said, “I apologise for the previous disruption.” It’s not what I wanted, and I had no influence over it.”

“Enzo Millot received a red card following the game,” he said. That is not advantageous.

“I don’t like things like this.” I’m not pleased about it.

The altercation follows France and Argentina’s racing quarrel from last month.

Star Argentine player Enzo Fernandez, who is not on the Olympic squad, made fun of the French national team on social media following their Copa America victory this summer in a video that he and his teammates shared.

The offensive phrase, which originated during the 2022 World Cup, seems to be aimed against the French national squad. Argentina won the title match on penalties, defeating France.

The South American supporters sang a disparaging song against the African heritage of certain French celebrities during their first live appearance on television.

France boss Thierry Henry was less than pleased with the referee's decision

Thierry Henry, the manager of France, was not happy with the referee’s ruling.

Before the game, the French supporters were less understanding.

When the Argentine national song was being played, the home fans booed loudly.

There have also been other incidents of the Olympic anthem being mocked, such as before Argentina’s 2-1 loss to Morocco in the first round.

When the Argentina rugby team scored tries during the rugby sevens competition, the French crowd made fun of them.
