After getting to Spain on Tuesday, Bellingham is getting closer to playing again for Real Madrid. After playing all 16 games for England at Euro 2024, the 21-year-old was given a long break. The Three Lions made it to the final of the tournament in Germany.
The 21-year-old had more than three weeks to rest after Real Madrid’s long 2023–24 season, during which they also made it to the Champions League final under Carlo Ancelotti.
While his club teammates went to the US for their pre-season tour, Bellingham had a more relaxing trip there. He stayed in Los Angeles and Miami, where he met Sergio Aguero, went to a theme park with Trent Alexander-Arnold from Liverpool, and met NFL star Odell Beckham Jr.
After his vacation was over, Bellingham put a picture of himself on Instagram after getting back to Madrid. The former Borussia Dortmund player’s message was “Home” as he gets ready for his second season in the Spanish city.
