In August 2023, Jobe, Bellingham’s younger brother, scored two goals for Sunderland in a Championship game against Rotherham, giving his team a 2-1 win. His older brother and Ancelotti watched from afar.

But Jude’s happiness quickly turned to fear when he heard that Ancelotti, the manager of Real Madrid, planned to sign Jobe and play him in the middle of the pitch, where he usually plays.

In the first part of his documentary series “Out of the Floodlights,” Bellingham said, “I’m shocked that he’s scored twice, and then I’ll never forget Ancelotti going up to me as we’re coming out.”

“You’re kidding,” I told them. He adds, “No seriously, I’m going to bring him in.” I asked, “Well where are you going to play him?” “In your shoes,” he says.

“F*ck that!” I thought. Finally, he gave me a small grin. My heart dropped, and I thought, “Okay, fine.” Then I’m like, “No pressure today!”

However, later that same day, Bellingham reminded Ancelotti of the reason he had rushed to sign him after hitting two goals against Almeria.

Bellingham made a huge move from Borussia Dortmund to Real Madrid for £113 million. He was one of England’s best players at Euro 2024 in the summer.

The great Zinedine Zidane wore the No. 5 shirt at the Bernabeu, which was given to him.

The YouTube film also shows the 21-year-old being shown his new shirt for the first time, which makes him feel small.

He said, “I will never forget seeing my name with the No. 5 on it.”

Then Bellingham said, “I’m not coming here to be Zidane; he was great.” I want to be Jude Bellingham, who carries on the No. 5 tradition.
