When Kylian Mbappé scored a goal for Real Madrid on Tuesday night, he used his celebration to honor a club great.
Real are, of course, busy with games on the continent right now.
Stuttgart from the Bundesliga came to the Spanish city to play Real Madrid in the first game of the club’s Champions League season.
At this point, both teams have scored one goal at the Santiago Bernabéu. Deniz Undav wiped out Kylian Mbappé’s first goal.
And, as was already said, Mbappé’s reaction after the first goal rippled the net made a big splash.
The French player has long been known for the “cele” he does with his arms crossed, but in the first few weeks of the new season, Mbappé has also tried out other moves.
The 25-year-old added another to his list of skills on Tuesday.
Mbappé put both hands out in front of him and blew on his fingernails in what looked like a salute to Sergio Ramos, a great player for Real Madrid.
