Arsenal are reportedly considering signing Juventus star Dusan Vlahovic next summer – According to journalist Rudy Galetti

A trade reporter named Rudy Galetti says that Arsenal is thinking about signing Juventus star Dusan Vlahovic next summer.

It was said that the Gunners wanted to sign a new goal scorer in the summer, and a lot of players were tied with the job. In the end, though, they chose not to hire anyone before the deadline.

They chose to sell Eddie Nketiah to Crystal Palace instead. Now that the Hale End graduate has left and Gabriel Jesus is still having health issues, Mikel Arteta’s team doesn’t have a lot of options at centre forward right now.

So, it looks like the North London club will finally get a new striker next summer to strengthen their front line and keep competing for big prizes.

Galetti said on TEAMtalk that Arsenal is interested in Vlahovic and that they could make a serious move to get him at the end of this season.

Next summer, the forward will be entering the last year of his current deal with Juventus. Talks about a new long-term deal have come to a halt. That means it’s likely the Serb will leave the Allianz Stadium next year.

But the reporter says Juventus won’t let go of their star player for cheap and could ask for a “big fee.” According to Transfermarkt, the player is worth around £54 million.

The Emirates club has been interested in Vlahovic for a long time. They tried to buy him a few years ago after seeing how well he played for Fiorentina. The striker turned down a move to the North London club, though, and chose to stay with the Bianconeri instead.

Vlahovic is 6 feet 3 inches tall, quick, strong, good in the air, good at finishing off his chances, and works very hard even when he doesn’t have the ball.

He is very good at what he does and has a lot of ability to do well in a tough league like the Premier League. The Serb is only 24 years old, so he is still in the early stages of his job.

To improve their centre forward position, it will be interesting to see if Arsenal can finally sign the player they have been after for a long time next year.

Also, this weekend in the Premier League, Arsenal plays Leicester City. Next week, in the Champions League, they play PSG.
