While asserting that Bernardo is unaffected by pressure, Guardiola acknowledged that the player is one of Manchester City’s “big personalities.”
Over the years, the Etihad Stadium faithful have appeared to take a shine to the 30-year-old’s contagious personality.
Being one of the most well-liked players in the Manchester City locker room, Bernardo needs to be particularly familiar with his teammates.
Jack Grealish, according to Bernardo Silva, is the funniest player for Man City.
The former technician for AS Monaco must have worked with a variety of characters at City. The six-time Premier League champion has had the honor of sharing the field with future greats like Phil Foden and Erling Haaland as well as club heroes like Vincent Kompany, Sergio Aguero, and David Silva.
Bernardo mentioned Jack Grealish in response to a Pro: Direct Soccer question regarding which Manchester City player was the funniest.”He’s usually feeling upbeat. He’s a really good buddy of mine and a really humorous guy, so he’s nice to have in the changing room.
While Grealish was having trouble with his form in his first season at Man City in December 2022, Bernardo gave him confidence that he would be “great for Man City” as well. 
When Bernardo scored a deflected brace against Newcastle United in the FA Cup semifinal last season, Grealish made fun of him by calling his goals “own goals.”
In the 2023–2024 season, Bernardo called Grealish a “bagsman,” a term used to refer to a goal scorer, after the latter scored the game-winning goal for City against Luton Town.
It appears that the two have a wonderful dynamic both on and off the field.
Grealish also dubbed “cheeky” Bernardo the funniest player for Man City.
Speaking about his friendship with the midfield maestro, Grealish also asserted that Bernardo is the funniest player for Manchester City.
“Our dressing room and banter are the best.” Everyone is just hammering each other so hard. Most likely Bernardo. All he does is make me chuckle. 
He is quite naughty. He is the best guy when it comes to some of the stuff he says. I cherish him.
Grealish reiterated his appreciation for Bernardo as a person.

Any dressing room should aim to create the ideal balance between a brotherly bond amongst members and a shared drive for achievement.
Over the years, Manchester City appears to have done so.
If City aim to succeed this season, Bernardo and Grealish will have to ensure their excellent relationship off the pitch transitions to the football pitch as well.
