People called JUDE BELLINGHAM “pure class” after he did something nice during Real Madrid’s game against Argentina.
The LaLiga giants led by Carlo Ancelotti went to the fourth-tier team yesterday for their Copa del Rey match.
For Real Madrid’s 3-1 win, 20-year-old Bellingham was left on the bench as Joselu, Brahim Diaz, and Rodrygo scored goals.
Even though it was very cold, the England player was able to warm people up.
On TV video, the midfielder could be seen sitting on the bench with blankets over him.
Then he saw that the ballboy in front of him looked like he was shaking and decided to do something about it.
When Bellingham first tried to call the ballboy, the boy seemed embarrassed and said that he wasn’t allowed to leave his place.
After that, the ex-Borussia Dortmund star got up and put his blanket around the child to keep him warm.
The ball boy told a Spanish reporter that it was his “happiest day” after the game.
After seeing Bellingham’s nice deed, a friend wrote on social media, “What a guy, pure class.”
Someone else said, “A small thing that he will never forget.”
“He’s not only a great basketball player, but also a great person,” said a third.
Someone else said, “Jude is a legend.”
Bellingham not only did the nice thing, but he also went out of his way to take pictures and selfies with excited baseball kids before the game.
People have already said nice things about the famous star’s actions this season.
Last month, he shocked the Real Betis players by going out of his way to bring three of his shirts to their locker room so that everyone who had asked him to trade them could have them.
The CIES Football Observatory named Bellingham the world’s most valuable player this week. He signed with Real Madrid for £115 million last summer.
The winner was Erling Haaland, who came in second. Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo, both from Real Madrid, came in third and fourth.
