Along with the birthday greeting, he also posted this photo of the two of them.
Additionally, Grealish posted two images of them together on Instagram along with a note for her.
“Happy 20th birthday to my lovely little sister,” he said. I adore you so much.
He posted a picture of the two of them grinning together in the automobile.
Following the Man City player’s receipt of his Premier League winner’s medal, the other captured them posing on the Etihad field.
Due to the movement and balance issues caused by cerebral palsy, Hollie, who was born three months early, was not expected to be able to walk or speak.
However, she conquered those obstacles and is now capable of doing both.
Hollie and Jack have a tight friendship; in 2021, the England star invited Andrew Whyment, her favorite Coronation Street star, to a special 18th birthday celebration for Hollie.
Grealish previously stated: “I’m really close to my younger sister,” in reference to Hollie. Her birth was delayed by three months.
“They said she wouldn’t be able to walk, talk, or do a lot of other things, but now that we’re here, she’s able to do everything.
“Obviously, I think I’m a good big brother to her, and I love her very much.”

Jack, 27, is the oldest of five brothers. At the age of nine months, his younger brother Keelan tragically died of sudden infant death syndrome.
Kevan (born in 1997), Kiera (born in 2001), and Hollie (born in 2003) are the other siblings of the Man City man.
Grealish recently learned of the tragic death of Dylan Lamb, a 20-year-old student to whom he had donated £5,000 so that he could travel to America for life-saving treatment. Grealish is currently dating model Sasha Attwood.
After missing Man City’s Premier League debut against Burnley, Grealish has started the team’s following three games.
He helped the team defeat Newcastle in the league and Sevilla in the Super Cup.
He then gave himself his first assist of the year on Sunday in Man City’s 2-1 victory over Sheffield United, assisting Erling Haaland with a stunning cross that led to the team’s first goal.
