After going scoreless in Saturday’s 4-0 victory over Osasuna, Kylian Mbappe has now gone four games without a goal for Real Madrid.

But Vinicius Jr.’s hat trick was the show-stopper, and Jude Bellingham scored his season-opening goal as well.
In 17 games this season for Madrid, Vinicius has scored twelve goals, and Mbappe has scored eight in sixteen.
In Saturday’s 69th minute, after receiving a pass from Brahim Diaz, the Brazilian finished off his hat trick by shooting past Sergio Herrera, the goalkeeper.
When the ball went in, Mbappe was standing only eight yards to Vinicius’s left, and curious fans found the Frenchman’s reaction fascinating.
Even though Vinicius dashed to join Diaz in celebrating, Mbappe didn’t seem very enthused. When Vinicius scored, Mbappe did not rush over to congratulate him.
And yet, moments later, Mbappe was spotted embracing his teammates.
Still, a Madrid fan captioned a six-second video of Vinicius scoring his hat trick as “Look closely at Mbappe” and uploaded it on X (formerly Twitter).
‘Bro ain’t happy anymore,’ another supporter said. “Bro might cause issues honestly,” was the original poster’s response.
“Vini ain’t giving him the chance to be the star,” a third admirer subsequently remarked.

After 12 rounds of matches, Madrid moved within six points of Barcelona, who led La Liga, thanks to their overwhelming win.
Due to the international break, the defending champions will now go 15 days without playing club football at its highest level.
They have a Champions League meeting against Liverpool three days later, on November 25, after an away match against Leganes.
