According to Fichajes, Manchester United is ready to pay a huge amount of money to get Barcelona’s talented Fermin Lopez.

Last season was Lopez’s big break, and he quickly became an important part of Xavi’s Barcelona team. He played 42 games for the club under the legend and scored 11 goals in all categories.

Even better was the summer for the 21-year-old, when he was on Spain’s Euros and Olympics gold medal teams. The young Spanish player has also had a good start to the season. He has already helped set up three goals across all tournaments while playing for Hansi Flick.

Many people have praised the midfielder for his ability to find room in the final third and score from close to the edge of the box. United seems to want to sign him.

Fichajes said that United is “determined to sign” Lopez because they see him as “the ideal replacement” for their captain Bruno Fernandes “in the medium term.”
