Thibaut Courtois, a goalkeeper for Real Madrid, has been a permanent resident of Madrid since 2018.
He first arrived in the Spanish city in 2011 on a three-year loan from Atletico.
So much so that, according to Semana media, he just bought a house that was once held by singer and actor Miguel Bosé.
.
Thibaut Courtois purchased a home in Pozuelo de Alarcon’s Somosaguas neighborhood. The 10,000-square-meter estate includes a 1,000-square-meter house with a poultry coop. The Belgian doorman is the only manager of One TM Financials Investments, the company that the two-story home is named after. Along with four bedrooms and a large living area, it also has a sauna, a gym, and other amenities. There is a large yard, a swimming pool, and a tennis court outside.
