Last night, the Red Devils beat Bodo/Glimt 3-2 after coming back from behind, but it wasn’t easy.

The defensive organization wasn’t very good for most of the game, but one player’s play jumped out.

Wessair Mazraoui did a great job as the right center-back in last weekend’s 1-1 Premier League draw at Ipswich Town.

The Moroccan played the same part against Bodo/Glimt and once again showed how good he was.

There were 119 touches for the 27-year-old, and 114 of the 119 passes were made. He won six of the seven duels he fought.

Mazraoui also recovered eight balls, cleared five balls, and finished all of his crosses. He got a grade of almost 8/10 (7.9) on Sofascore.

This defensive player was very good, and he really stepped up when Rasmus Hojlund scored the equalizer before halftime.

Mazraoui has done great work for Amorim.

The former Bayern Munich player was brought in to compete with Diogo Dalot for a spot at right back, but he has done much more than expected.

Before this season, he was great as both a right and left back. Now, he has put himself on the right side of United’s back three.

It’s been easy to see how good Mazraoui is with the ball. He was definitely better than the others yesterday, and at ยฃ12.8 million, he looks like a great deal to sign.

The fullback made a big impact early in the season with his backwards runs into the middle of the field, but Amorim has brought out a different side of him.

The Portuguese player has only trained with Mazraoui a few times, but it looks like the 39-year-old has made the Moroccan player better.
