COMMUNITY HERO: Jorginho supported Arsenal’s ‘No More Red’ initiative at King’s Square in Islington, showcasing his dedication to giving back! ❤️⚽

Recently, Jorginho participated in a special Arsenal in the Community event focused on Holiday Activities and Food at the No More Red pitch in King’s Square, Islington.

The Arsenal midfielder engaged with young players during a coaching session and took time to speak with them. At the end of the practice, he recognized the standout player and presented each participant with a signed football and a gift bag.

The Positive Futures program, supported by Islington Council for 20 years, provides safe spaces for children outside of school hours, organizing free football games across six local areas each week. This initiative goes beyond just football, offering participants positive role models and support.

Children aged 8 to 16 can attend sessions at no cost, benefiting over 500 kids and teens annually. During the summer, the program includes short courses on local farms where children can play football from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and receive a free lunch daily.
