Ruben Amorim, Manchester United’s new manager, lives in a posh hotel where celebrities such as Rita Ora and Lady Gaga have previously been.
Amorim stays at the five-star Lowry in Salford, Greater Manchester. Manchester United’s home stadium, Old Trafford, is not far from there.
The Portuguese coach was transported from there in the early hours of the morning in a black persons carrier to the Premier League giant’s Carrington training facility.
Jose Mourinho, a Portuguese buddy and teammate, stayed in the posh hotel for an incredible 895 days while managing Manchester United. The 39-year-old is also there.
However, Amorim is not likely to spend £500,000 as The Special One did.
He may have already looked for a home in Manchester to bring his wife Maria João Diogo and their two children with him.
According to a United source, “Amorim wants to bring his family over and make their own home.”
“The Hale and Bowdon area has been brought up as a place where his captain Fernandez and a lot of the players live.” The training facility is only a short drive away.
“He could move into Paul Pogba’s or Ten Haag’s old place.” He is currently in the Lowry, though. He’s gone for a few walks about the city and had coffee at a few different locations.
“He might meet Pep Guardiola or some City players who live nearby,” a source told me.
The Lowry is located on the Salford–Manchester line. It only takes a few minutes to walk into the city from there.
There’s also the Presidential Suite, which costs £4,000 a night and is the most expensive hotel room in Greater Manchester.
Ariana Grande, Kylie Minogue, Alesha Dixon, and Take That are just few of the celebrities who enjoy it.
