Atalanta goalkeeper Marco Carnesecchi has reportedly caught the attention of Arsenal as the January transfer window approaches. According to insider Nicolo Schira, the London club has been monitoring the 23-year-old for some time.
Carnesecchi has been with Atalanta since 2017 but has spent time on loan at Trapani and Cremonese. His current contract with the Serie A club runs until June 30, 2026.
So far this season, he has conceded 21 goals in 12 matches while keeping nine clean sheets. Given his impressive performances, he has been identified as a potential backup for Arsenal’s No. 1 goalkeeper, David Raya.
