Real Madrid easily defeated Pachuca (Mexico) with a score of 3-0 thanks to goals from Kylian Mbappe, Rodrygo, Vinicius, thereby winning the Intercontinental Cup championship on the morning of December 19.

In the match at Lusail Stadium (Doha, Qatar), Mbappe shone with a goal and an assist to win the second title with Real Madrid. The attacking trio of Los Blancos had a smooth coordination to open the score of the match.

In the 37th minute, Jude Bellingham passed the ball to Vinicius, who then crossed past the Pachuca goalkeeper and crossed for Mbappe to tap into an empty net.

As for Mbappe, the French player has scored 8 goals in the last 7 finals for both club and country. The striker born in 1998 also scored in the European Super Cup match in August, helping Real Madrid beat Atalanta 2-0.

Mbappe became the third player to score in his first two finals with Real Madrid in all competitions in the last 10 years, after Gareth Bale in 2014 and Marco Asensio in 2017.
