Erling Haaland enjoyed a sun-soaked getaway in St. Tropez, taking a break after Norway’s failure to qualify for Euro 2024. The 23-year-old Manchester City striker was seen aboard his luxury yacht, sporting vibrant red and purple shorts and casually carrying a football.

Haaland made quite the splash as he jumped into the ocean, his famous blonde locks catching the sunlight. He was later spotted lounging on the yacht and relaxing in a chair, fully embracing the summer vibes. This trip coincided with the kickoff of the Euro 2024 tournament in Germany, where Serbia faced England on Sunday night.
Having missed out on the tournament, Haaland has yet to participate in a major international competition with Norway, which hasn’t qualified for a World Cup or Euros since Euro 2000. While this absence is disappointing for him, both Switzerland and the Netherlands secured their spots in the tournament.
In a previous interview, Haaland expressed his desire to turn criticism into motivation for the upcoming season, aiming for a third consecutive Golden Boot. He remarked, “If this is a bad season, then I’ll take it,” adding with a hint of sarcasm, “The more haters and critics, the better.” This positive mindset suggests that he is ready to bounce back stronger in the next season.
