This luxurious 35-acre estate was previously valued at approximately £3 million, but the estate agent, PLM Sales, is now requesting a price upon application.

United legend Neville transformed a barn into this lavish mansion in 1999—the same year the Red Devils clinched the treble.

A section of the house is referred to as the Beckham Suite, named after former teammate David, 45, who lived there for a year while his wife Victoria, 46, was away.

Neville has since shared that during Beckham’s stay, the former England captain took charge of all the cooking.

Neville moved out of the Bolton house in 2003 but still owns nearby land where he famously attempted to build his Teletubby-style eco house.

Prospective buyers are reminded of the home’s famous former owner by two wooden carved lions on the stairway, adorned with the United and England crests.

This 9,900-square-foot residence boasts an integrated music and sound system, and an intercom system that allows communication between rooms.

The elaborately furnished entertainment area includes a six-foot projection screen, disco strobe lighting, and a bar valued at £60,000.

With a remotely monitored CCTV system, all windows are bulletproof, and the elegant infinity pool can accommodate up to eight people.

Each bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, while the master suite features a separate steam room.

The luxurious gardens also include their own golf course and tennis court.

SunSport revealed last year that Neville was offering his hotel penthouse for rent at an impressive £25,000 per month.
