With keen eyes Against Brazil, England supporters could have noticed a new addition.
No, not Dominic Solanke, who advanced from the Under-20s to receive manager Gareth Southgate’s first senior cap. Not to mention Joe Gomez, who made an impression in a back three.
On Tuesday night, his defensive partner John Stones was involved in a noteworthy incident.
The Manchester City center-back’s body is heavily covered in tattoos. One includes Millie Savage, his girlfriend.
Savage is depicted with a clock over her mouth, thus the design is not the most straightforward.

Additionally, Stones seemed to have added another tattoo to his collection, possibly honoring a person he finds inspiring.
The 23-year-old appeared to have had an elderly man’s face permanently inked on his left knee.
It has been suggested that the person on his knee is Norman Rimmington, a former Barnsley star. When Rimmington died, Stones, who started his career with the Tykes, sent his respects on Instagram.

“Such sad news about Norman Rimmington today,” Stones remarked. We lost a legend, friend, and great gentleman.
After playing for the team, coaching it, and working as a kit man until he was over 90, Rimmington earned the nickname “Mr Barnsley.”
Rimmington appears to be one of the more plausible subjects, though it is not certain that Stones has honored him with the tattoo. On December 26 of last year, Rimmington passed away.
In reality, though, Stones has had the tattoo for some time. He had not had it inserted to his leg when City faced Crystal Palace in the Premier League on September 23, but he was wearing it when they defeated Chelsea.
