The stars were present at Chase Stadium to watch Inter Miami kick off their Major League Soccer season.

In front of several great stars, Lionel Messi recorded a late assist to help Inter salvage a point in a 2-2 draw with New York City.

Serena Williams, the tennis legend, was foremost among them.

Olympia, Williams’s daughter, joined the 43-year-old.

As he welcomed Williams to the stadium, franchise owner David Beckham gave her a hug on the field.

Beckham was subsequently seen talking to Olympia in social media footage made by the MLS and Inter Miami Instagram accounts, which were then linked to Williams’ story.

Olympia has developed a strong interest in sports, just like her mother did.

She frequently attends athletic events to support her mother.

Olympia has her own set of exercise equipment in the family’s home gym, but she also stays active with her mother, a 23-time grand slam champion.

According to reports, she enjoys playing virtual reality games, ballet, and football.

Olympia hasn’t discovered the same passion for tennis, though.

“It’s a little disappointing for me, but she’s good at it,” Williams acknowledged in an interview with PEOPLE magazine.

“So we are trying to figure out a way to get her to play a little bit.”

Olympia already owns stakes in the Los Angeles Golf Club and the women’s football team Angel City FC, making her a co-owner of two sporting teams.

Paul Pogba, a former Manchester United player who is presently serving a reduced 18-month doping penalty that would allow him to return to professional football in March, was among the other celebrities present.
