Many football players these days have turned their passions into “side jobs,” and they don’t always give their jobs their best effort.

Thibaut Courtois, the goalkeeper for Real Madrid, is the most recent well-known player to achieve this feat. He unveiled his own eSports organization earlier last week.

This week, Courtois’s venture, TC Esports, formally became a company. The group’s main focus will be virtual motorsports, which is the Belgian international’s favorite interest in his free time. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he competed in several online races with Formula 1 drivers Charles Leclerc and Lando Norris.

The MD claims that the 32-year-old has talked about the news.

Courtois will continue to prioritize Real Madrid, but he will also fully focus on this project.
