Wayne Rooney of Manchester United and Jadon Sancho of England participated in a Nike launch event in Paris this past weekend to showcase their new Mercurial sneakers.
.
Nike had another significant event in Paris to announce the release of the Mercurial Superfly 7 and Vapour 13 colorways, “New Lights” and “Under The Radar.” These boots will be used for the first time on Sunday for the Women’s World Cup Final in Lyon, which is further south. To celebrate the beginning of a new era for Nike speed, quick players from the USA and Holland will don the blue “New Lights” drop. Prior to it, however, the Swoosh performed an odd hit in Paris.
.
Both the men’s and women’s football matches featured players from other nations and were played in a fast-paced environment on a blue field. The Mercurial was being delivered by drone in Paris’s lovely Nanterre neighborhood. The way one season ended and a new one started was excellent. Andressa Alves of Brazil, Caroline Graham of Norway, and Jadon Sancho played on the field before Nike designers discussed the new Mercurial project.

Keep an eye out for in-depth interviews with the Nike design team, where they discuss the challenges they faced and how they created the next Mercurial. There will also be an interview with Jadon Sancho. He will discuss his significant role at Nike in the upcoming shoe generation, his stellar 2018–19 campaign, and the future plans for the England and Dortmund player. Furthermore, the initial Mercurial actions are still ongoing. Tomorrow, July 8, one of the restricted drops will be available.
