Ahead of United’s Europa League knockout showdown with Real Sociedad, Garnacho was pictured by photographer Konrad Borzy sporting Nike Mercurial Vapor 1 RGN SEs, which retail for £254.99, as the streets eagerly await the return of Nike’s most iconic boot. The image generated debate on the internet.

According to the company, the Vapor 1, which Cristiano Ronaldo wore for the first time when he made his professional debut at the age of 17, has been updated with the colors the Portuguese superstar wore on that day, along with Air Zoom cushioning and a thin synthetic upper.
