OFFICIAL! Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold ‘agrees personal terms with Real Madrid on five-year, £240,000-a-week contract’🔥

According to reports, Trent Alexander-Arnold, a star for Liverpool, has agreed to sign a five-year contract worth £240,000 per week with Real Madrid.

The right-back, who has emerged as one of the top ball-playing defenders in the world, has long been on Real Madrid’s radar.

For his boyhood club, Liverpool, the 26-year-old has won every trophy that is possible.

And by the conclusion of the season, it appears like he will have added another Premier League championship to his collection.

However, it will be Alexander-Arnold’s last task at Anfield.

He will become a free agent this summer when his Liverpool contract expires.

Additionally, according to Sky Sports, he has now reached a personal agreement on a lucrative five-year contract with Real Madrid, his pursuers.

Alexander-Arnold is expected to receive a salary of £13 million per year.

That works out to about £240k per week, which is a nice increase over his weekly salary of £180k at Liverpool.

He will, however, also receive a sizable signing-on fee.

However, a number of performance-based bonuses are available to the star to increase his compensation package.

Alexander-Arnold’s friend Jude Bellingham, who fueled rumors of Real Madrid’s free transfer approach earlier this season, will join him in the move.

However, the Spaniards may still aim to sign Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton and Bournemouth center-back Dean Huijsen from the Premier League.

After 21 years, Alexander-Arnold is ultimately going to terminate his Liverpool career due to his upcoming move.

Why Liverpool Must Keep Alexander-Arnold Despite Real Madrid Interest

In 2004, at the age of six, he joined the Reds’ academy.

After progressing through the younger ranks, Alexander-Arnold made his senior debut in 2016.

He rose to prominence fast and has since scored 22 goals in 349 games.

At Anfield, the right-back has also taken home numerous awards, beginning with the Champions League in 2019.

He added the Club World Cup and the Uefa Super Cup to his collection that same year.

Alexander-Arnold, however, won a Premier League championship in 2020.

In 2022, the FA Cup, Carabao Cup, and Community Shield were added.

He won another Carabao gold medal the previous season.

Luckily for Liverpool, Conor Bradley, a fellow Anfield youth star, is already a ready-made alternative.

However, players like Jarell Quansah and Joe Gomez can also fill in.
