Jude Bellingham confidently claims there is ‘strong’ belief that Real Madrid will beat Arsenal to reach the UCL semi-finals💯

According to Jude Bellingham, many people think that Real Madrid’s victory over Arsenal is “nailed on.”

Following a humiliating loss at the Emirates last week, the Spanish powerhouses will have a difficult time overturning a 3-0 deficit against the Gunners.

For the first time in sixteen years, Mikel Arteta’s team hopes to make it to the Champions League semifinals.

Since Real Madrid has never recovered from this situation previously, the North London team would need to pull off an incredible collapse.

There is a lot of confidence that the 15-time European champions can accomplish it, though, according to 21-year-old England international Bellingham.

“Everyone believes it is inevitable that we will return,” he remarked.

“It’s a strange setting, yet it feels good. It indicates that the talent is highly trusted.

“People all throughout the world expect us to recover from these types of setbacks, even if it’s a really difficult one.

“This night is perfect for Real Madrid and will go down in history, but it’s also something that people in this region of the world are accustomed to.”

“Hopefully, we’ll be able to add another memorable evening.

It is something you wish to contribute to this club’s history and to be a part of.

In the Champions League, there isn’t much you can do for Real Madrid that hasn’t already been done.

We have the chance to try something new with this opportunity. That is really significant to us.

Arsenal might find solace in the fact that all eleven of the English teams that have been in this position before have moved on to the following round.

In the past, Real Madrid has demonstrated that they are capable of the extremely unlikely.

They shocked Manchester City with a 6-5 aggregate victory in the 2021–2022 season, even though they were behind 4–3.

They have also achieved comparable comebacks against Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, and Bayern Munich.

Bellingham has also maintained that a resurgence is feasible, citing Liverpool’s historic victory over Barcelona in 2019.

“It is probably not as common in England, but it has happened; Liverpool did it a couple of years ago [against Barcelona in 2019],” he continued.

“The quality we possess, the club’s history, the enthusiastic supporters who will give it their all on the night, the atmosphere of the Bernabeu, and these Champions League nights—there’s always something that gives us confidence.”

“The more you interact with the other guys and observe their confidence, the more it influences you. Such nights have happened to them before.

It is contagious and increases your self-assurance and comfort level in the given circumstance.

We can participate if we simply raise our level numbers a little bit more. In addition to being intelligent, we also have faith in our own abilities.
