Jude Bellingham has so far refused surgery to address his shoulder knock, which still plagues him.

Between 2020 to 2023, the Real Madrid midfielder spent three years at Borussia Dortmund, where he struggled with shoulder issues.

When he was playing for the German giants, it was not unusual for fans to see him wearing shoulder support.

Additionally, in a 0-0 tie with Rayo Vallecano in November 2023, the 21-year-old dislocated his shoulder.

Although he finished the game, he was not present for England’s final two Euro 2024 qualifiers and the next two Los Blancos games.

Although it was mentioned that Bellingham might require surgery to treat his ailment during the off-season, the decision was made not to have the procedure.

The former Birmingham starlet’s issue was evident during his team’s 1-0 victory against local rivals Getafe on Wednesday night.

A Real medic was observed extensively strapping Bellingham’s left shoulder as he got ready to enter the game in the second half.

The staff person had to spend more than a minute getting the child ready to leave the bench.

A decision regarding Bellingham’s eventual surgery could be made when Real Madrid nears the end of the season.

However, given that the team will be participating in the FIFA Club World Cup in June, it is unclear if surgery will be necessary.

In December, Bellingham discussed his problem and attempted to downplay how serious the ailment was.

This fan, meanwhile, just said, “Please get that surgery now.”
